Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by the recipient.
Fablenaut is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Fulfilment Center. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.
Delay in deliveries
During restock, launches, sale and festive season, do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries as we sort through the high volume of orders and work to getting each order packed accurately for you.
Change of shipping address
If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address, please drop Customer Care (customercare@fablenaut.com) an email with your order number and full address; we will do our best to catch it for you!
If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Liability for Lost Packages
Fablenaut is not responsible for lost packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.
