Where is Fablenaut based?

Fablenaut is based in Singapore, and our products are shipped from our fulfilment center in Indonesia.

Does Fablenaut ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Shipping rates will be auto-calculated at the checkout page.

When will my order ship?

Processing all orders takes 2-3 working days, depends on where you want to ship. You’ll get a shipment notification email with tracking as soon as your package ships.

*During restock, launches, sale and festive season, do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries as we sort through the high volume of orders and work to getting each order packed accurately for you.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Local Delivery (Singapore and Indonesia)
Local parcels ship within 3 to 5 working days!

International Delivery
International parcels ship within 5 to 15 working days!

You’ll get a shipment notification email with tracking as soon as your package ships.

Our team works hard to pack up your orders, do allow them a little more time during launches, restocks, sales and festive seasons and they'll have your orders with you soonest!

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by the recipient.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address, please drop Customer Care (customercare@fablenaut.com) an email with your order number and full address; we will do our best to catch it for you! If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all delivery options offered within Singapore, Indonesia and for International customers can be tracked. You can login to your account and track your order. You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping to Singapore and Indonesia will take 3-5 days. For International orders, please refer to this page for more info on delivery lead times. Shipping times do not include the 2-3 working days of order processing time within Fablenaut.

Oh no! I need to correct my order! How can I cancel my order?

Do drop an email to our Customer Care (customercare@fablenaut.com) for a request to cancel your order. 

Feel free to hit us up on one platform and shoot us an email with your query. Our team does their best to sift through messages from newest to oldest to make sure we catch everyone as soon as we can.

If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Liability for Lost Packages

Fablenaut is not responsible for lost packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

I received a wrong and/or defective item(s); how do I return it?

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and packaging intact.

  1. You will need to email us at customercare@fablenaut.com with the email titled [Incorrect/Defective Merchandise Received - Order ID xxxx] Attach a snapshot of the defect on the item and/or the incorrect merchandise sent in the email. This will help in expediting your returns request.
  2. Upon our acknowledgement of the return request, we will further advise you on how to return your defective item via email. It is compulsory to return items via a trackable service. We will not be liable for any lost return parcels. Return parcels are to reach us within 7 calendar days from date of receiving the items (21 calendar days for International orders).
  3. We will email you after we have received and processed your item(s). 

Are there any return policy exceptions?

We do our best to provide an excellent return policy to ease your shopping experience, and here are some things below for you to take note of:

  • You can return any regular-priced item(s) for store credit within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for orders in Singapore or 21 calendar days of receiving your order for International orders.
  • Please ensure that your return can be tracked easily. You are advised to send your returns using a trusted shipping service like your national postal service, DHL, or FedEx.
  • Customers will bear all postage fees and packing costs. We will not be liable for lost mail or for returns.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returned item(s) that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected. You will be required to top up the delivery charges for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

What is considered a defect

Defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacturing defects at the point of receipt, such as stains (before washing), holes, pills, missing buttons, or spoilt zippers.  

Due to the nature of mass-manufactured products, there might be discrepancies of 0.5”-1” (measured when apparel is laid flat and untouched) between our merchandise and the measurements we have provided on our Website. As such, these discrepancies are not regarded as a defect.  

Fablenaut is not liable for damages caused by handling during shipping or customs inspections.

If you have received merchandise with any of the defects as stated above, please email us at customercare@fablenaut.com with the email titled [Defective Item – Order xxxx]. With this email, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description.

Are there any taxes?

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver.

Fablenaut is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our warehouse. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.
